Both these Pinot Noirs were produced from the oldest vines in Murto Vineyard, old world clones of Pommard and Wadensville, planted in 1978.

This wine is light, fruity, and ready to drink. The initial taste is a big burst of raspberry followed by bright flavors of dark cherry and plum on the mid-pallet. The wine has a spicy, peppery finish and pairs well light pasta dishes, anything with mushrooms, and CHOCOLATE.

Cleo's Hill 2008 Pinot Noir
Cleo’s Hill 2008 Pinot Noir is bright with flavors of cherry, plum, and red raspberries. Firm tannins and earth overtones slide into a slightly peppery finish. Pair this wine with mushroom dishes, beef, or salmon. This wine can be enjoyed now, but will reward you if cellared for a couple years.
