Cleo’s Hill 2008 Pinot Noir is bright with flavors of cherry, plum, and red raspberries. Firm tannins and earth overtones slide into a slightly peppery finish. Pair this wine with mushroom dishes, beef, or salmon. This wine can be enjoyed now, but will reward you if cellared for a couple years.
